1. The reasoning for the court’s explanation of this case is the same as the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

(1) The court below's decision on February 1, 200 is justified and there is no other evidence to acknowledge the plaintiff's assertion on the ground that the plaintiff's assertion is not sufficient to recognize the plaintiff's assertion on the ground that the defendant has the right to represent the defendant as the principal or as the representative of expressions under Articles 125 and 126 of the Civil Act, since the defendant has the right to represent the defendant, and there is a justifiable reason to believe that the defendant has the right to represent the defendant as the principal or as the representative of expressions under Articles 125 and 126 of the Civil Act.
