1. 피고인은 2014. 5. 16. 14:00경 부산 남구 C에 있는 ‘D’ PC방에서 피해자 E에게 “뭘 시켜 먹으려고 하는데, 휴대폰 좀 빌려줄래.”라고 말하여 피해자 소유인 시가 50만 원 상당의 갤럭시노트 1대를 건네받은 후 전화를 거는 척하면서 그대로 도주하여 이를 절취하였다.

2. At around 16:55 to 17:00 on May 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen from the “G’s PC located on the first floor of the F building underground in Busan-dong, Busan-dong, the victim H in cash, 300,000 won, i.e., the victim’s knife between the PC and the unfolding place.

3. On May 27, 2014, at around 16:30 to 18:00, the Defendant cut off one room consisting of the victim K’s game in the “J” room located in Busan Nam-gu, Busan-gu, using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim K’s game was neglected, and the victim’s market price located in the next part was at least 1,00,000,000 won, 1, 1, 1, 250,000,000 won, and 2,000,000,000,000.

4. On May 30, 2014, at around 05:14, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s N from the Busan Southern-gu L PC, one LG mobilephone (GPRO) with the market value of KRW 800,000,000, which is the victim’s ownership; and (b) locks and bags containing cash of KRW 40,000,000,000, which is the victim’s O.

5. On May 31, 2014, around 13:30 on May 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by taking advantage of the gaps in the victim’s P and second floor “P” located in Suwon-gu P and the second floor; (b) resulting in a theft of a test-type empty one where the victim’s market price cannot be determined.

6. On June 4, 2014, at around 13:09, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of KRW 50,000,000 in cash in the PC room using the rest of the string the string in which the victim U, who is an employee, was the victim of the “T” located in the Busan Seo-gu S and the second floor.

7. The Defendant: (a) around 17:00 on June 14, 2014 to around 18:00; (b) “W” in Busan Shipping Daegu V and the third floor.
