A on July 24, 200, the Incheon District Court sentenced 6 months to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, larceny, etc. in the same court on August 29, 2001, 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same court on October 4, 2002, 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the Seoul Central District Court on July 8, 2004, 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the Suwon District Court on September 5, 2007, 2 years and 3 years and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the Incheon District Court Branch on May 7, 2010, and terminated the execution of the final prison on July 8, 2013.

1. Defendant A

A. From July 10, 2013, Defendant A stolen the victims’ property over 14 times in total from the above date to September 5, 2013, as shown in the [Attachment Table No. 1] No. 1 to 14 of the Crimes List No. 2013, Defendant A violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the thief) at the victim F's house located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City E Branch Group, shouldered the entrance door glass door by hand, opened a door by inserting the hand, and stolen the cash in the said victim's possession at the house.

In addition, around August 5, 2013, Defendant A conspired with Defendant B, and around August 5, 2013, Defendant B was at the victim H’s house located in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City G 101.
