Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2018, around 20:30, the Defendant driven a “F”-in-house car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.152% at the two kilometers from the roads near the “C” located in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan Seo-gu, to the underground parking lot of D apartment E-dong in the same Gu.
