A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From September 1, 2016 to October 18:50, 2016, the Defendant engaged in the act of similarity by having female workers of the said business place take charge of the sacrifine of the said male guest and sacrificing the sexual intercourse at the “C” business place located on the 1st underground of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul. The Defendant received 120,000 won in return for sexual intercourse from the male guest who visited the said business place, and at the room established in the said business place, had female workers of the said business place take charge of the sacrifine of the said male guest by hand and sificing the sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
