A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From July 2017 to September 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) leased 605, 606, 611, 612, and 614 rooms at “C hotel” located in Suwon-si B; and (b) had the said female employees receive 150,000 won or 160,000 won from male customers to make a sexual intercourse; and (c) employed D, E, F, etc. as female employees; and (d) posted advertising materials to “G”, “H, etc. of the trade name “I” and sent them to the said officetel; and (d) had the said female employees receive 150,000 won or 160,000 won from male customers to make a sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
