A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 16, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of three million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net support on May 16, 2008. On February 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net support.
