Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such an automobile shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 21:08 on November 12, 2019, the Defendant made it difficult to distinguish the registration number plate in a way that followed the number plate of the C-wheeled vehicle owned by the Defendant on the front road B of the Changwon-si window B, Changwon-si.
