1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The sales commission shall be settled at 10% when it falls short of it.

Provided, That the foregoing shall not apply in January 2019, which is non-legal term.

* It is possible to terminate a contract if the sale record is low.

B. On January 3, 2019, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract to modify the initial sales agency contract with the following (other than the part of human seal) (hereinafter “instant modified sales agency contract”).

Article 4 (Duties of A) The term "A" shall cancel the registration of interference with the exercise of ownership, such as the registration of establishment of a mortgage, after the balance of sale is deposited, and transfer ownership.

§ 5 (Period of Contract) The period of this sale agency contract shall be from the date of contract to June 31, 2019.

Provided, That the term "A" and "B" may be extended in consultation with each other.

Article 6 (Commission and Payment for Sale by Proxy) (1) A separate commission for sale by lots shall not be set, and attached materials shall be lots of the D Housing Site.
