1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 125,80,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 25, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Article 1 (Indication of Object to be Parcelling-Out), 1-2,00,000,000 won per guest room, where the subject matter of a contract can be changed due to the construction approval process or the modification of a design, as set forth above. Article 5 (Conditions of Sale Agency and Sales Agency Fees for Sale Agency) (3) The sales agency fee shall be KRW 10,00,000 per guest room, where the payment of the down payment and the payment of the intermediate payment is completed.
⑤ As of the end of each month, the Plaintiff shall settle the sales performance, issue a tax invoice to the Defendant, and claim 50% for the household to which the down payment is deposited, and claim 50% at the time of completion of the intermediate payment lender’s letter.
On January 14, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract for sales agency services with respect to the full-time death of 1-2 large 2,000 square meters on the ground of 1-2 large 2,000 square meters of land in the Jeonju-si, which the Defendant is in force (hereinafter “instant hotel”).
The main contents thereof are as follows:
Article 5 (Conditions of Sales Agency and Sales Agency Fees) (3) Where the sales agency completes payment of the down payment and the letter of loan of the part payment, it shall be 11,000,000 won per guest room (excluding surtax).
(5) As of the last day of each month, the Plaintiff shall settle the accounts of sales, issue a tax invoice to the Defendant, and claim 70% for the household to which the down payment is deposited, and claim 30% at the time of completion of the letter of part payments lender.
B. On March 16, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a sales agency service contract with the content that Article 5 of the said sales agency service contract changes as indicated below.

On March 2015, the Plaintiff prepared to sell more than 10 employees to the Jeonju, which is the seat of the hotel of this case. However, the Plaintiff failed to pay the land sales contract to the landowner.
