Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who is employed as the director of the customer support team (Grade 4 A) of the Korea Electric Power Headquarters E branch before Gwangju Electric Power Corporation from September 1, 2009 to the date of May 16, 1989. Defendant B is a person who operates the Gu Electric Power Complex (G), and Defendant C is a person who is employed in the company operating solar power generation facilities around January 1, 2009 and is employed as the former director of the Korea Electric Power Complex Co., Ltd. (the former Director of the Management Agency) from January 1, 2016 to the 20th executive officer of the F Co., Ltd., and Defendant D is employed as the new director of the F Co., Ltd. (the former Director of the Management Agency) from the 10th executive officer of the F Co., Ltd. to the 10th executive officer of the F Co., Ltd. (the former Director of the Management Agency) from the 10th executive officer of the F Co., Ltd. to the 10th executive officer of the Corporation from January 2, 2016.
Officers and employees of the Korea Electric Power Corporation are deemed public officials in the application of Article 129 of the Criminal Act under the Act on the Management of Public Institutions.

C On November 20, 2014, the Gwangju District Court sentenced that the enforcement of imprisonment for 8 months was suspended for 2 years due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (fugitive vehicles), etc., and the above judgment became final and conclusive on November 28, 2014.

As seen in paragraph 2 of the part of the “determination on the argument related to paragraph 1 of the judgment of Defendant B and C” under Defendant B and C’s crime (the offering of each bribe), the Defendants, upon receiving a demand for a discount of construction cost from H at the time of entering into a contract, discounted the amount of KRW 25 million, and thereafter H thereafter is not only the wife of the principal, but also the name of her birth.
