Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 16, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.081% during blood transfusion around 19:15 on May 16, 2018, the Defendant driven BIT 100 (floring volume 97.1c. c. c.) on the 2km section from the front day of the Haak-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun to the front day of the 16-1st day of the building of the same military.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is a holder of BITI 100 MIT.

No owner of a motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on the road, which is not covered by mandatory insurance prescribed by the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act.

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above Oral Ba which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as the above paragraph 1.
