A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

The evidence No. 4579 of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office that was seized shall be confiscated in 2019.

Punishment of the crime

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On January 8, 2019, upon receipt of a request from a female-friendly job offering B to sell phiphones, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 500,000 in cash from a philoon buyer E through the rophone in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) 5g of philophones, and (c) transferred the remainder of KRW 500,000 to an account in the name of F used by B; and (d) sold phiphones.

B. On February 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) ordered D to sell 1 gramphones to D; (b) received KRW 100,000 from D in the H station located in Mapo-si; and (c) transferred approximately 0.5 grams of phiphones contained in D to the account in the name of I used by the Defendant; and (d) sold approximately 0.5 grams of phiphones contained in the part of K station located in Mapo-siJ on February 4, 2019 to the account in the name of I used by the Defendant; and (e) sold 0.5 grams of phiphones in the part of K station located in Mapo-siJ.

2. On January 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received 0.5g of philophones in the vicinity of the K Station located in the jurisdiction of the Council of the Government of the Republic of Korea; (b) received the request from D to seek philophones; (c) received 0.5g of philophones contained in B from B; and (d) received Dolophones from D.

[200 Madan3427] Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on April 2019, the Defendant was parked in the vicinity of the Mannam-si L, Sungnam-si.
