The defendant shall not take out KRW 470,000,000 in cash owned by the victim in a private room located in the inside of the private room.

From around 15:00 on September 29, 2016 to around 15:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) came to the house of the Victim H located in Chungcheongnam-gun G in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) opened the door in front of the entrance entrance, and confirmed that there was no person inside the entrance, and entered the house through the small door window that was not corrected.
