Defendant
A on May 4, 2018, after being sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Military Service Act at the Sungwon District Court's Sung-nam branch, the sentence was finalized on May 12, 2018, and Defendant B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the purpose of obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. at the same court on June 10, 2016 and one year of suspension of execution and the judgment was sentenced to the same year.

1. No person may transfer or acquire a means of access;
A. 3 Upon receipt of a proposal from C to offer money if the Defendant created a passbook, the Defendant transferred the passbook, cash card, otp card, and password connected to the one’s name Lbank M account to C in the vicinity of the gold basin located in Sungnam-si on July 2014.
