A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer or acquire a means of access unless otherwise specifically provided for in any other Act in using and managing the means of access;

Nevertheless, around 14:00 on February 25, 2014, the Defendant received agricultural bank account (Account Number: B) and cash card connected to the account under the name of the Defendant in front of the military station located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and delivered the means of access to the said person via Kwikset Service to a person who is not aware of the name.

2. To modify part of the facts constituting the crime in line with the contents of each evidence and the case stated in the fraud assistance.

The Defendant was aware of the fact that the prompt term “componion passbook” was used for the crime of fraud, and the Defendant had been aware of the fact that the Defendant’s employee sent the passbook through Kwikset service with the word “transfer of passbook and cash card” was used for the crime of fraud, and he had been aware that the account he sent through Kwikset service was used for the crime of fraud, but he had well known that the account would be used for the crime of fraud would have been used for the crime of fraud.

The Defendant transferred the said passbook and cash cards connected to the account in the name of the Defendant to a person whose name is unknown, as described in paragraph (1), at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1).
