1. The Defendant’s KRW 5,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from February 13, 2009 to July 24, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant, as a medical specialist in sexual surgery who operates the CP (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”), performed euthanmology and local transplant with respect to the Plaintiff.

B. (1) On February 2009, the Plaintiff visited the Defendant Hospital at the beginning of the 30-year period to undergo a pair of surgery from the non-medical specialist. The Plaintiff complained that the Plaintiff is faced under the eye and has a lot of clouds.

(4) On February 2, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) applied the Defendant Hospital to the Plaintiff for local transplantation on both snow; and (b) the same month.

6. A person who undergoes an on-site autopsy operation from the defendant, and has undergone an on-site transplant operation, in the same year;

C. The Plaintiff’s current state is currently in the state of internal sewage, soil, and eyesight of the Jung-do.

The term "mortem sewage" means a state in which the eye is partially covered by the snow in the horizontal sense due to a phenomenon that does not turn the eye above the eye.
