A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2019, the Defendant driving a B K5 car around 02:30, and driving a one-way passage road in the front of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the side of the Hong Culture Park to the Western Police Station in the Hong Culture Park, the Defendant was obstructed by driving D(n, 25 years old) Eco or car of the victim who violated the prohibition of entry into the said one-way passage road in the direction of the Hong Culture Park.

At the same time, the Defendant damaged the above C or a car owned by the victim F to the sum of 88,800,800 won due to the damage of the front C or a car.
