A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at Jeju District Court on June 3, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence at the former prison on September 2, 2017, and on November 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a period of two years for fraud, etc. at the same court on November 21, 2013, and was punished for the fraud of the same several laws.

1. Fraud;

A. On October 2, 2017, around 21:00 on October 2, 2017, the Defendant ordered the victim to provide alcohol and food to the victim under the same attitude as the Defendant would normally pay the victim C’s normally.

As above, the defendant deceivings the victim and acquired economic benefits by being provided with alcohol and food equivalent to the sum of KRW 300,000 from the victim, namely, from the victim.

B. On December 3, 2017, around 18:00 on December 3, 2017, the Defendant ordered the Victim F to provide alcohol and food to the victim under the same attitude as paying the normal price at the victim F’s H amusement shop located in Seopopopo City G.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol and food due to the absence of cash or a credit card available for settlement.

As above, the defendant deceivings the victim and acquired economic benefits by being provided with alcohol and food equivalent to the sum of KRW 520,000 from the victim, namely, from the victim.

2. On October 3, 2017, the Defendant who interfered with the business of the victim I will drink on credit at the K restaurant operated by the victim I in Seopo-si, Seopo-si on October 3, 2017.

Chewingly, the victim’s restaurant operation service is operated by force by taking the following actions: (a) the victim’s disturbance, such as taking the chair in the above restaurant on the floor; and (b) the victim’s cafeterias in the above restaurant.
