1. Fraud;

A. On December 7, 2015, the Defendant ordered alcohol and food to the victim on the same attitude as paying the normal price at the E-cafeteria operated by the victim D in Seopopo City D, on December 7, 2015.

However, the fact did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with such alcoholic beverage and food.

As above, the defendant deceivings the victim and was provided with alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 24,00 in total from the victim's seat.

B. On January 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 06:30, the Defendant, on the same day, demanded the victim to operate the taxi to the Dong-ri, the destination of which is Seopopo-si, in the same way as the victim F to normally pay the taxi charges on the G-si operated by the victim F.

However, even if the taxi is used, there is no intention or ability to pay the price.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and received the passenger transport service equivalent to the amount of KRW 8,100 from the injured party, and acquired economic benefits corresponding thereto.

On February 4, 2016, the Defendant ordered drinking and food to the victim under the same attitude as the Defendant would pay the normal price at the first week operated by the victim H in Seopopo City C, Seopo-si.

However, the fact did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with such alcoholic beverage and food.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and is equivalent to the sum of KRW 100,000 from the victim, namely, the victim.
