Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the U.S. citizenship and Defendant B is the U.S. citizen, and even if the Defendants are not the handler of narcotics, the Defendants treated GHB (one person: water mulberry) as follows:

1. Defendant A

A. On January 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) concealed approximately 50 milliliterss of GHB in plastic water bags in a way that he was boarding an aircraft entering the Republic of Korea from the international port of LA to the Incheon International Airport located in the Jung-gu Incheon International Airport; and (b) sealed the GHB in a way that he was going through the customs search stand.

B. On March 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) concealed about 50 milliliterss into plastic water bags in the bags for travel; and (b) sealed the GHB in a way that he was boarding an aircraft entering Korea at an international port of the Republic of Korea at the Incheon Jung-gu Incheon International Airport and entered the Incheon International Airport located in the Dong, thereby passing through the customs search stand.

On April 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) concealed approximately 50 milliliterss into plastic water bags in the bags for travel; and (b) imported the GHB in a way that the Defendant embarked on an aircraft entering the Republic of Korea from the international port of Korea at the Incheon Jung-gu Incheon International Airport and entered the Incheon International Airport located in the Dong, thereby passing through the customs search stand.

On June 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) concealed approximately 1.5 litres from GHB in plastic water bags in the bags for travel; and (b) imported GHB in a way that the Defendant boardeded the aircraft entering Korea at the international port of LA and entered Incheon Jung-gu Incheon International Airport located in the Dong, thereby passing through the customs search stand.

2. Defendant B

A. Since from the end of 2013 to the beginning of 2014, the Defendant was aware of the fact that when A enters the Republic of Korea, he brought GHB into the Republic of Korea and administered it. As such, A was aware of the fact that he brought GHB into the Republic of Korea, and around March to April and June, 2016, it was against A.
