The judgment of the first instance.

1. On February 3, 2019, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to enter into a regional housing association (hereinafter “instant contract”) in the Jeju-do Multi-Family Housing Construction Project (hereinafter “instant project”) in which the Defendant is in force, and would be supplied with multi-family housing D (Atain) to be constructed in the future KRW 290,000,000,000 and paid the down payment of KRW 30 million to the Defendant on the same day.
