1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 7,00,000 to Plaintiff A, and KRW 2,00,000 to Plaintiff B, as well as each of the said money.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relevant plaintiff A is a patient with an unidentified consciousness of grade 1 suffering from brain-disease, and the plaintiff B is a partner of the plaintiff A (guardian).
Defendant C (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is a legal entity that operates the F Rehabilitation Care Hospital, and Defendant D is the Plaintiff’s doctor working at the Defendant Hospital, and Defendant E is the physical clinic working at the Defendant Hospital.
B. The circumstances leading up to the accident and the past (1) Plaintiff A was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital on February 19, 2013 and was receiving rehabilitation treatment.
(2) Around 10:00 on August 12, 2013, Defendant E, while performing a passive physical treatment to Plaintiff A, sounded from the Plaintiff’s arms, and as a result of X-ray shooting, it was confirmed that Plaintiff A’s right-hand arms were cut out.
(hereinafter “instant accident”). (3) As a result, the Plaintiff’s diagnosis was conducted at the G type department located in the same building as the Defendant Hospital, and as a result, it was confirmed that the frame at a distance of 8 meters was cut down at the right edge, and Plaintiff A used private first-aid vehicles on the same day at around 14:00 on the same day, and returned to the Defendant Hospital again after receiving treatment.
(5) After the occurrence of the instant case, Plaintiff A was hospitalized in the Eastern Hospital from August 18, 2014 to August 21, 2015, and was hospitalized in the Eastern Hospital until September 16, 2014 due to symptoms, such as high-heat, etc., and continued to be hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital; Plaintiff A was hospitalized in the Eastern Hospital at approximately one month’s intervals until March 3, 2015, and was hospitalized in the Eastern Hospital on September 29, 2014; Plaintiff A was hospitalized in the Eastern Hospital from around December 2, 2014 to around January 21, 2015; Plaintiff A was hospitalized in the Eastern Hospital to undergo pulmonary treatment and outpatient treatment from around 2015 to around 204, 2015; and was hospitalized in the Eastern Hospital from around 200 to around 21, 2015 to around 21, 2015.
