1. Defendant G Co., Ltd. shall employ Plaintiff A, B, and C, and Defendant H shall employ Plaintiff D, E, and F respectively.
Reasons
(c) shall be.
1. Responsibility for the appointment and dismissal of a contractor;
2. Responsibility under labor-related Acts and subordinate statutes, and responsibility for direction and order for the management of labor;
3. All the responsibility for labor disputes;
4. All liability for the subscription to and obligations against four major insurances;
5. All responsibility for all kinds of issues arising from the violation of the related Acts and subordinate statutes in relation to the business operation;
6. All responsibility for accident compensation, such as industrial accident compensation;
7. All legal responsibilities arising from the termination of a contract;
8. Other responsibilities incurred by the activities, etc. of the S (Use of Incidental Facilities) (1) Any employee belonging to the S who carries out the contract services of the A may use a rest room, things box, material storage room, telephone, water supply, etc. owned by the A.
(2) AA and S may, in using the facilities referred to in the preceding paragraph, determine the cost sharing in consultation with each other.
XI (Equipment, Consumment Materials, etc.) When performing the duties of this Agreement, AA shall supply costs of repairing equipment and expendable materials, etc. related to facilities that are required by S.

4. 도급업무의 금액 및 지급방법 ◆ 총 도급액 : I점 도급금액 88,491,160원, J점 도급금액 85,843,060원, K점 도급금액 97,649,900원, L점 도급금액 47,912,180원, M점 도급금액 58,070,020원, N점 도급금액 67,502,300원(각 부가가치세 별도) - 총 도급금액은 도급업무 수행시 필요한 기타 비용이 포함되어 있다.
5. 도급업무의 수행 및 인력관리 ◆ 도급수행 예정인력 : I점 인원 84명, J점 인원 80명, K점 인원 91명, L점 인원 44명, M점 인원 54명, N점 인원 63명 ◆ 인력관리 : 정기적인 업무평가서를 작성하여 도급관련 업무 서비스의 질적 향상을 도모. 매장 내의 서비스 수준 향상을 위하여 정기교육 실시(분기별 최소 1회 이상 S에서 CS 교육 실시 등) ◆ 현장관리자의 업무 : 도급업무 현황보고서 등 작성(AA과 S 쌍방의 업무공유를 위해 작성),...
