1. On August 29, 2018, the Defendant filed an objection against the Plaintiff on the basis of a boundary determination of not less than 410 square meters in Geumcheon-gu, Busan.

Details of the disposition

On August 20, 1987, the Plaintiff’s disposal of ownership by the form and surrounding status of the instant land and the Plaintiff’s disposal of ownership was completed on the basis of sale and purchase, and the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer by agreement and division as to the instant land on November 9, 2016.

The instant land is an irregular type as part of the ship that connects each point of the attached Table 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 1 with the indication of “previous Boundary Map”. The instant land is in the shape of an irregular shape. The instant land has increased across the two Koreas, with the farmland in the shape of a photograph from the north to the south side of the north, by piling up a 4-level stone shed from the south side to the upper part of the north side of the north, and is cultivating fruit trees, etc., and the lower part of the south side of the instant land is adjoining to the opposite part of the land, namely, the instant land. The lower part and the lower part of the instant land are 69 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “E land”) prior to the Geumcheon-gu, Busan (hereinafter referred to as “E land”) owned by D.

D, even though the land category of E was transferred to the land category, D constructed the instant housing without permission (hereinafter “instant housing”) on the part of the ship which successively connected each of the points in Annex A, B, C, d, e, f, g, and A, Annex A, which was attached from around 2003 to around 204, and attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant housing”). At the time D did not obtain the consent of the owner of the instant land, D constructed the instant housing by impairing the parts on the ship connecting each of the points in Annex A, B, 2, 6, g, and A, which was adjacent to the right side, and was part of the land of H, which was the public land of the Busan Fung-gu, including G, which is the public land, such as G, adjacent to the right side.

The house of this case is a park in contact with H land of the Geum-gu Busan, and there is a garden in the front of the Gu, and is connected to the road of the second line in the front of the Gu Office of the Gu Office of the Republic of Korea.

D In order to enter and exit from the instant house into a neighboring island (village), the “Determination Boundary Map” indicated in attached Table 2 shall be indicated as the “location of Seodaemun” in the part “A”.
