A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 2013, from around 02:00 to 04:00, the Defendant: (a) removed locking devices using a key gate of the “D Reading room for the operation of the victim C” on the second floor of the 2nd apartment complex management office in Daegu Seo-gu B apartment complex; and (b) invaded into the entrance, and stolen cash 230,000 won in cash owned by the victim C, which is contained in the west of the reading room.
2. At around 03:00 on October 10, 2013, the Defendant intruded into the above D Reading room by the method as referred to in paragraph (1) and took an electronic pocket book (SHARP, verification color) in the market price in which the victim under the name in the U.S. on his/her book was kept in the reading room, and stolen it.
3. Around 02:00 on December 19, 2013, the Defendant intruded into the above D Reading Room by the method as referred to in paragraph (1) and stolen KRW 50,000,000, which the victim C keeps in the West of the reading room.
4. On February 2, 2014, between 02:00 and 04:00, the Defendant intruded into the above D Reading Room by the method as referred to in paragraph (1) and stolen two keys, cash 60,000 won, one market price in which the victim was kept in the west of the reading room in the reading room, and one copy of the market price in which the victim was kept in the west of the reading room in the reading room in the name of the victim in the name of the reading room (X-NOT, white), one IM (P, IB, white) respectively.
5.
