1. The Plaintiff, Defendant Korea Min Il-chul and B jointly, KRW 68,757,753, Defendant C, and D, jointly and severally, KRW 19,645,072 and KRW 19,645.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On December 5, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a transportation service contract for imported marine cargo (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with Defendant Korea Min Il (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”).
The above contract shall apply to the transportation of the cargo by the plaintiff to the designated place by the end-user institution in the defendant Corporation and to affairs incidental thereto and other affairs requested by the defendant Corporation.
The details of the specific transportation and loading and unloading under the above contract shall be as follows:

B. In order to implement the instant service contract, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement on the use of fork-time vehicles, including 90,000 won per day with Defendant C and 1,000 won per day (excluding value-added tax) with Defendant C who is engaged in mid-term rental business, etc., and also employed daily workers (daily: 80,000 won per day) who are working assistants through Defendant C from time to time.
C. Defendant B is the Defendant Corporation.
