1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) operated a c warehouse located in B at Naju City, around 16:30 on March 16, 2016; (b) operated a c warehouse in B, and he he loaded a string for packaging abnormals (2.58m, width 1.3m, weight 400 m, weight 400 m) onto loading a 4.5 tons of cargo vehicle in E4.5 tons, which the Defendant driven.
