A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2016Kahap288] A. Special robbery: (a) around 01:30 on June 19, 2016, the Defendant took a knife (17.5cm in length, 6cm in length) which is dangerous at the D convenience stores located in Yangju-si, Yangju-si (17.5cm in length, 6cm in length) and prevented the victim E (21) from resisting against the right part of the victim E (21 years of age), and took away the envelope containing KRW 2,300,000 in cash, and 205,000 in cultural product right from the victim.
2. Night building thief;
A. 3. On May 20, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings: (a) around 02:20 on May 20, 2016; (b) opened a main window and intruded into the office; and (c) colored a proposal with the office, but did not find stolen objects.
