Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant caused defamation and damage to property by a dispute with C, the husband of the victim B, thereby making up about 20 days a banner that “I will see inconvenience to the above apartment residents,” and put it on the apartment door by setting up a banner that “I will see inconvenience.”
At around 16:30 on December 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated in a door the above apartment house; (b) the facts did not relate to the dispute with the Defendant and C; and (c) did not interfere with the Defendant’s livelihood or threaten the Defendant, the Defendant, despite the fact, stated in two banners installed there, that “I am hicking to his/her son or his/her son or son’s wife (“C”); and (c) the Defendant’s wife, B, and C, and C, and B, which were repeatedly threatened with PD’s livelihood by insulting, singing, assaulting, assaulting, and assaulting the young son’s livelihood.” At the same time, the Defendant damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts at the market price of the victim’s ownership.
