Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and Defendant C are married with their husband and wife, and they are the members of the D church, and Defendant B is the same house as the above.

The Defendants installed seven placards on the side of the church entrance in order to give notice of the scams' mistakes while carrying out the projects to verify the facts of G pastors, which are two pastors of the D church, at the letter gathering called "F," which is the gatherings of victims E (46 Do, South) and the above D church headquarters of the D church, and the Defendants prepared saws and legs necessary for removal in order to remove the banner by gathering the horses of the said G pastors' wrong banners and to take a scambling bridge, and to let the scam out the scam.

At around 00:00 on February 19, 2017, Defendants 1 and 2 were prepared to remove 70,000 raw fake banners installed at the gathering of the injured party's letter in the D church located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, with a saw and bridge, and left the site to cut the banner up to saw. Defendant 2 cut the banner up to saw, Defendant 3 cut the banner up to saw, and Defendant C damaged the banner jointly by considering the net in order to collect evidence of the injured party.
