A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who is engaged in the business of driving a motor vehicle under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving)

2. On May 30, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on May 30, 2007. On May 22, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of eight months or a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.
