When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 high-level 11] On June 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased a part of “D” in the name of the victim E (the age of 47) at a “D” agency located in Namnam, and (b) requested the victim to take care of the key of the BMW car and the Mat Motor Vehicle, which was going on by the victim; and (c) took care of the victim on the ground that the key of the BMW car and the mat Motor Vehicle was made by the victim; and (d) made it difficult for the victim to take care of the chest part of the victim’s chest with the right blus, so far as the victim’s breast part

[2014 high-level 168] Defendant A, from October 2012, is a person who runs a sales agency with E in the name of “D” in the name of “D” from YY-gun F. On January 2013, Defendant A used E and the agency’s credit card in the name of “E” and received a demand for payment from E during the use of the credit card in the name of E, Defendant A used the cellular phone, account number, etc. opened in the name of the above E to obtain a telephone loan.

Accordingly, on January 29, 2013, the Defendant made a telephone call to the Mos Savings Bank of the Victim Hyundai Switzerland, and committed the act as if the Defendant was the nominal owner of the Mas Savings G, and entered the above E mobile phone numbers, credit card numbers, credit card numbers, and the number of community credit cooperatives account numbers, and received KRW 5,00,000,00 from the Mas Savings Bank of the Victim's Mas Savings, under the pretext of loans.

However, there was no prior consent from the Defendant on the receipt of the above loan from E in the name of E.

As a result, the Defendant, by the above method, induced the Victim Mos Savings Bank, and then acquired 5,000,000 won as a loan from the victim.
