A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2019, at around 20:0, the Defendant: (a) opened the studio No. B, the residence of C, and entered the 2studio No. C, and reported the Defendant to the effect that “A person without any fault,” and accordingly, C was dispatched to the said site at around 20:20 on the same day.

The defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender under suspicion of charges, such as obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., one time at the left hand, when the defendant assaulted C on the job, he was arrested as a flagrant offender, and moved to the E zone of the macro police station in H at the 20:31 on the same day, along with the police officers.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the handling of 112 reported cases and arrest of flagrant offenders.
