A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2015, the Defendant kept the registration number plate of the said vehicle on the ground of the delinquency in payment of automobile tax at the office of Nam-gu, Daegu, Daegu, the Defendant, while operating a cub car in B’s name C, and was willing to continue to operate the said vehicle after forging and attaching the registration number plate.

1. In violation of the Automobile Management Act and any person who forges a vehicle registration number plate in air shall not forge the vehicle registration number plate, on May 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided 400,000 won in cash to the deceased and disabled; and (b) requested the forgery of the said vehicle registration number plate to forge the said vehicle registration number plate in an irregular manner; and (c) forged two of the material similar to the vehicle registration number plate and the vehicle registration number plate in shape.

As a result, the defendant has set up the sign of the Gyeyang market for the purpose of forging the car registration number plate and simultaneously exercising it.

2. Counterfeiting of forged air defense.

A. On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) attached one out of the number plates of the forged vehicle registration number plates at a place where the coos vehicle was removed from the front number plates at the place where the coos vehicle was removed from the front place; and (b) exercised the said vehicle from that time until June 2015.

B. On June 17, 2015, the Defendant kept the registration number plate of the instant 2. A, which was forged for the reason of delinquency in payment of automobile tax in the collection department of the Seogu Daegu-gu Office, and used the said vehicle by operating the said vehicle from that time until July 11, 2016, at the place where the front number plate of the cub vehicle was removed, and attached one copy of the remaining registration number plate which was forged and kept as stated in the foregoing 1.
