Punishment of the crime

1. On August 7, 2015, the Defendant entered a “D” restaurant located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on August 7, 2015, without the intent or ability to pay the food cost, and took place as if he/she would pay the food cost to the victim E, and ordered 2 soldiers of the amount equivalent to KRW 15,000 in the market price, and 3,000 in the market price, and acquired 21,000 in the market price from the victim.

2. On August 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered a “G cafeteria” on August 10, 2015 without the intent or ability to pay the food cost; (b) around 14:57, the Defendant ordered the victim H to pay the food cost, and (c) ordered the victim H to do so; (d) the Defendant acquired the victim 13,000 won in total of the market price from the victim’s place of payment of the food cost at KRW 7,00,000.

3. On August 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 12:00 on August 6, 2015, without the intent or ability to pay the food cost, and (b) around 12:0 on August 6, 2015, the Defendant issued orders to “K” restaurant operated by the victim J of the victim J in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, as if he/she paid the food cost; and (c) took orders to 2:2,00 won of the market price from the victim’s place, and acquired the food cost by receiving it from the victim.
