A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 30, 2013, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Incheon District Court.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a WW125cc motorcycle.

On May 6, 2020, the Defendant driven the above motorcycle around 02:30, and led to a three-lane of the three-lane of the 316-1 Michuhol-gu, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, Michuhol-gu, to drive the above motorcycle at a speed of about 60km from the distance of the sublim market to the distance of the sublim market.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by its occupational negligence, sustained injury to the above victim C, such as the following arms and other strings of an unknown part for about two weeks of treatment, and injury to the victim E (the age of 60) (the age of 60) who was on board the victim’s car, such as salt and tensions that require approximately two weeks of treatment, and suffered injury to the victim FF (the age of 37) who was on board the said motorcycle for about three weeks of treatment.

The Defendant violates the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the front side of the restaurant in Jung-gu in Incheon to the place indicated in the above 1.1. to the place indicated in the above 3 Km section, the Defendant is a motorcycle B WW 125cc. 125c bicycle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.061%.
