Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 35,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the crime of indecent act by force at the Seoul Central District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 15th day of the same month, and thereafter, the Defendant was sentenced to a person subject to registration of personal information at the Seoul Central District Court on January 15, 2016 during the suspended sentence period, and on January 23, 2016, the said judgment became final and conclusive upon being sentenced to six months of imprisonment for indecent act by force at the Seoul Central District Court and became final and conclusive on September 21, 2016.

Where a person subject to registration of personal information has changed his/her personal information, such as his/her address and actual place of residence, he/she shall submit the changed information to the head of the competent police office within 20 days from the date on which the grounds for such change occurred, such as the reason and details of such change.
