Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On August 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months in Seoul Western District Court for embezzlement of 2014No. 431 and two years in suspension of execution and 120 hours in community service order.

9.5 The foregoing judgment became final and conclusive on around the day.

[2] The Defendant is a person who has arranged the transfer or acquisition of a license for private taxi transport business (hereinafter “private taxi license”) in the name of “D” from around 2012 to Seoul Mapo-gu 206, Seoul Mapo-gu 206.

In order to obtain a personal taxi license, a person must have been engaged in driving duties for at least 6 years from the date of the final driver's death in the case of a commercial automobile, and for at least 3 years from the date of the final driver's death in the case of a non-business automobile, and for at least 4 years from the date of the final driver's death in the case of a non-business automobile. The defendant was requested by clients who lack the above driving experience to allow them to obtain a license for personal taxi license, and he was willing to arrange for the transfer of a personal taxi license by using forged or altered documents to make a false certification of driving experience.

A.
