On March 17, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle from around 19:00 on March 17, 2017, driven a Bbeon motor vehicle from the front parking lot of the Kuke-gu Center located in Jinju City 1006 to the front road of the fixed fishing place located in about 951 in the same Do.
