Punishment of the crime

around 16:00 on June 10, 2015, Defendant A’s single criminal defendant’s house located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu D, 306 Dong 1905, sent a false statement to Defendant A, stating that “A victim E will buy a “UMF pocket book” by accessing NAV as a smartphone, and communicating the victim with the victim “I will buy a UMF pocket book.”

However, there was no intention or ability to send a ticket to the victim even if the defendant did not have the above ticket and received the price from the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 280,000 won from the victim to the company bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant for the same day as the price for goods.
