Punishment of the crime

1. On October 19, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, driving of the E-Poter truck at approximately 300 meters away from the area of 300 meters away to D Hospital located in the same Gu C on the front side of the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

2. Around 09:10 on June 17, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, the Defendant driven the Poter Cargo under paragraph (1) at a section of about 250 meters between the first and the first front road in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City H on the road.
