1. The defendant shall pay 800,000 won to the plaintiff.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

3. Paragraph 1 shall be provisionally executed.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings in the statement No. 3 (including household numbers), the Plaintiff: (a) leased on January 21, 2016, the part of warehouse 16.502 square meters among the building C in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) each of the leased items from January 21, 2016 to May 21, 2016; and (c) the Defendant occupied and used the said warehouse even after the expiration of the above lease period.

B. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 800,000 (= KRW 100,000 per month x 8 months) from April 22, 2016 to December 22, 2016, which is the date following the last day of April 21, 2016, where the Plaintiff was a person who was paid rent for the Plaintiff.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
