around 09:10 on November 15, 2013, the Defendant driven a B SP motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license on a section of about 50 kilometers from the front of the Defendant's residence in the Sinjin-si to the fourth 63 kilometers in the Daejeon-gu Daejeon-do Highway, Daejeon-do Expressway.
