A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On December 29, 2014, at around 21:15, the Defendant driven a bppon car without obtaining a driver’s license from the street world in front of the Sinsking-dong, Singu, Singu, Singu, Singu, to approximately 1390 meters in front of the Singu, Singu, Singu, and the front of the Singu, Singu.
