1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Seized evidence 1 to 5 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

【Defendant B’s criminal history” was punished by a fine of four million won for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including Intermediating, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (Good Offices, etc.) at the Seoul Southern District Court on February 10, 2015; the same court on April 7, 2015; the fine of four million won for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Arranging, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (Good Offices, etc.) in the same court on December 9, 2015; the fine of four million won for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Arranging, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (Good Offices, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts); and on May 13, 2016, the execution of the sentence was completed in the Southern Southern District Court on November 12, 2016.

[Criminal Facts]

1. Defendant A and Defendant B operated the said joint crime with the trade name “I” on the H and fourth floor in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and on May 13, 2016, when Defendant B was legally detained on May 13, 2016.

In addition, while operating "K" in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J and the second floor, which is another commercial sex business establishment, he/she operated the said commercial sex business establishment on his/her behalf, he/she has been in charge of the overall affairs, such as the management of employees, the management of women in commercial sex acts, the settlement of profits, etc., and G worked as an employee by taking charge of the said commercial sex business establishment

The Defendant, in collusion with G on October 24, 2016, stated in the L Indictment which found the above establishment at the above K around October 24, 2016 as “O” but is obvious that it is a clerical error, and thus, is corrected ex officio.

After receiving 40,00 won from the price for commercial sex acts, M, an employee, who is employed at the same place, had M, make the above L, a hand and his/her sexual organ lick, thereby having the same sexual intercourse act.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with G to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Defendant B’s joint crime committed by Defendant B, Defendant A, and Defendant C was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by the Seoul Southern District Court on May 13, 2016 due to a violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, including the Mediation of Commercial Sex Acts (e.g., brokerage of commercial sex acts), and at the Seoul Southern District Court on November 12, 2016.
