A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 03:00 on March 23, 2013, the Defendant agreed with the victim to pay KRW 30,000 to the “F” in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, when boarding a D taxi driven by the victim C, and entering the said destination, the Defendant: (a) was in front of the Gongju Museum located in the Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, 360, in front of the Gongju Museum, who was at the destination; (b) “I will be calculated by a card” from the victim, “I will be 30,00 won at the time of a face-to-face; and (c) at that time, I would have to listen to the word “I will be plick, spicking, bitching, bitched, bitched, bitched, killed,” and “I will throw away the victim’s desire for 30 minutes from the previous stage of K to 25 meters.”

The credit card, as indicated in paragraph (2), was used by the Defendant to take a bath to I.
