C, in the facts charged of this case, was present as a witness and the above trees testified that their father was planted.

Even if the above testimony was true, C's father, at the time of planting trees, planted the said trees on the ground of the land that was not owned by himself, but on the land that was not owned by himself, but on the above trees.
