Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2013, at around 05:40 on December 23, 2013, the Defendant took a bath for toilet partitions in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties in relation to the police officer’s situation by assaulting the police officer D(32 years of age) belonging to the above C District patrol 4 Team at the time, who was working in the district-based situation.
