A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 18, 2018, at around 11:59, the Defendant damaged the property by putting the fruit box, which was 300,000 won in the market price owned by the victim, he was accumulated into the floor of the victim C (the 54 years of age) and damaged, on the ground that the victim did not sell the previous tasks to the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

2. On September 6, 2018, the Defendant destroyed the said two-wheeled vehicle by taking out the back part of HUjuju GV250 two-wheeled vehicle owned by the victim who was set up at the victim’s son of F (72 years of age) from the street in front of Chuncheon City D “E” around 12:00 on September 6, 2018, by taking out the back part of HUju GV250 two-wheeled vehicle owned by the Defendant as a part of the top part above the right of the IOM sport car, and using the said two-wheeled vehicle on the ground.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

3. On September 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim F’s house located in Chuncheon-siJ on the same ground as described in paragraph (2) and opened a gate, which was opened in front of the entrance, for the same reason as described in paragraph (2); (b) 1 lid lid 1,50,000 won of the market price owned by the victim, which was located in the front door of the entrance; (c) stud lid 1,000 won of the market price; (d) stud lid 1,00,000 won of the market price; and (e) stud 1 studs on the floor; and (e) stud stud 1,10,000 won of the market price; and (e) 2 stud gates on the floor of the city, opened a stud string through the entrance, and opened a stud studs with the market price of approximately KRW 50,000.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence, and damaged the victim's property.

4. Any person who violates the Animal Protection Act shall either kill or lose an animal by cruel means, such as hanging the animal;
